Preperation: Exsisting commercial vinyl flooring was uplifted using a mechanical stripper and properly disposed of. Once concrete subfloor was exposed the entire are was given 2 coats of F78 damp proof membrane followed by an application of Stopgap 1200 Pro at 3mm thickness
Installation: Polyflor ForestFX “Classic Oak” was installed flat lay throughout the building, using F46 Pressure Sensitive adhesive, and securely bonded using a 68KG roller. The flooring was then hot welded using matching weld rod. Gradus sit-on-skirting was installed in bathrooms and all walls sealed using white silicone.
“Blue” Hippo matting was installed to the front entrance doorway using a curved bar to match the curved walls at the building entrance.
Aftercare: All waste was properly disposed of, site left clean and tidy. Polyflor Heterogenous Flooring aftercare documents were left with client.
